Your satisfaction is important to me.  Due to the nature of my product, I want you to be certain and assured that each product that you get from me is brand new, and has never been used by anyone previously.  Because of this, I cannot accept returns.  If your product arrived damaged, you will have 3 days to contact me at barredfromla (at) gmail (dot) com to arrange either a replacement, or a refund.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, so in the case of a refund, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the total.  This includes shipping for orders that qualified for our free shipping discount.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to email me at barredfromla (at) gmail (dot) com.
